This meant that 5 days later, I met an appraiser at the property, who promptly appraised the property at 10% BELOW the purchase price.

Borrower will pay this Late Fee promptly but only once on each late payment.

Tenant promptly paid the balance within the 3 days.

Not clear if my email from 3 days ago prompted them to look into it, or if it was just coincidence that I emailed and then 2 days later there is a status posted in the portal.Hopefully things get resolved and the building gets to something resembling a steady state. 

Any idea what prompted this?
