I can't speak to the industrial zoning but I know there was a pot grower wanting to lease some land out by the airport, I'll see if I can't get some info on what they were looking for in terms of size of space etc. 

Either way that should give you a bench point. 

@Mike Solak The roof is new and the parking lot was recently patched to fill all the pot holes, so its got a little more life in it.

Different cultures have different ways of living their lives.. you dont see a lot of other cultures ( at least here on the West coast were we are a melting pot) that have children before they are married..

Always have one the on the bench.

Not to stir the pot any more but just came across this in a HUD listing "Buyer's agent shall have 48hrs to submit EMD to Listing Broker, in Cashiers Check or Money Order, payable to listing office."

Now, add things you might find in higher-end extended stay hotels like a fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, laundry facilities, etc.

Various company successes has left me with a decent pot of money to invest.

I think the #1 best investment at this time will be various pot-stocks because everyone is going to need some gummies on the regular soon.
