I can't speak to the industrial zoning but I know there was a pot grower wanting to lease some land out by the airport, I'll see if I can't get some info on what they were looking for in terms of size of space etc.

@Mike Solak The roof is new and the parking lot was recently patched to fill all the pot holes, so its got a little more life in it.

Different cultures have different ways of living their lives.. you dont see a lot of other cultures ( at least here on the West coast were we are a melting pot) that have children before they are married..
