Here's some cost on my Rental Property Rehab. 2Br. 1ba. 1,000 sq/ft Paid $26,900, but got back $1000 in RE Commission.Install 2ton Rheem H/A with all ductwork and Registers parts $2,800+ $600 labor (Cheap IMO)Paint walls, ceiling, & cabinets

Once the apt passes inspection the HA sends landlord a letter saying apartment passed and approved the requested rental rate.
