I am 25, just three years removed from my Bachelors in Architecture, with plenty of experience in commercial construction and existing infrastructure.

You can choose when you want to work, where you want to work, and whom you want to work with.I, personally, am not a very handy person and am best suited using my architectural background to manage contractors, specify finishes, design, etc.

I have over 25 years of experience in the field of architecture, both residential and commercial and want to figure out how to best use my skills in real estate investing.I am located in the SF Bay Area with the majority of my work in SF and the East Bay. 

Architecture seems kind of plain Jane. 

How are architectural plans not for construction purposes?

I've worked on several ADU projects and the design, architecture, engineering costs have netted out in that range.

We import and sell reclaimed architectural building materials from Europe - think antique stone flooring/mantelpieces/doors, etc.  

I did all my due diligence, environmental study, architectural preliminary plan.

We did a full remodel including architecture and structural engineering creating an ideal floor plan and adding a bedroom, bathroom, and about 300 additional square feet in the master bedroom.
