None of these methods are foolproof, but if you go this route you are aiming to make it more trouble than it's worth.Eyes on the unit: hire security to patrol the house; put up monitored cameras; put up cameras with motion-detection alerting; ask the neighbors to watch; station a guard dog at the unit (not recommended). 

Planning ahead is great, but I wouldn't put anything in motion until the zoning people give you the go ahead.

I would love to clear title and put this project in motion because the numbers are awesome on this property but I work 65 hrs a week and understand that I cannot do it alone. 

We do have 2 loc's with $70k cap right now.We also plan on forming a company before this all sets in motion, i'm not sure if that matters or if you have any advice regarding this?
