None of these methods are foolproof, but if you go this route you are aiming to make it more trouble than it's worth.Eyes on the unit: hire security to patrol the house; put up monitored cameras; put up cameras with motion-detection alerting; ask the neighbors to watch; station a guard dog at the unit (not recommended).

The only way to succeed is to market to people who have either had their BK case dismissed by the court (usually for failure to file documents timely) or if a lender files a Motion For Relief From Stay (because plan payments are not being made) AND the court grants that motion

If an answer is filed and money deposited the landlord must contact the Court to schedule a hearing.Default: If the tenant fails to answer the Summons, the landlord may file a Motion for Default and proceed with obtaining a Final Judgment for Possession and a Writ of Possession.The Clerk is authorized to enter a Default at the end of five days after service upon the tenant.
