One 4 plex, one 2-Plex, one 2000 sq/ft garage, and two STR (One tiny home and one Yurt). 

Vinyl plank floors, laminate counter tops, new furnaces, water heaters, central air units, 2 brand new full bathrooms, gigantic kitchens with large islands, and 3 tiny little bedrooms per side.

My 2023 goal is to partner with someone(s)on a ~500-acre village in Tennessee (willing to consider other states if the land is right) by the water consisting of: A-frames, tiny homes, glamping tents, and treehouses complete with amenities I have come across on my travels: zorbing, zip ling, outdoor movie theater complete with stationary classic cars and space for outsiders to bring their vehicles in to park, above ground shipping container pools with see through plexiglass, lake blob, monthly mini burning mans, pool/sand volleyball, outdoor music venue, drone racecourse, 3d print stations, planetarium, and other ideas to get people to "stop the scroll" and provide the most unique experience imaginable.

This is designed to show everything in as few photos as possible, but it distorts the scene and pushes the amenities and decor elements into tiny background elements.

Thanks a lotHey Osmund, with apartment syndication, it involves many many more zeros and $44 is a tiny amount to invest in getting yourselves acquainted with the complex information involved to actually be successful in taking down tens of million-dollar deals. 

Or I could build a tiny home in the back of my lot, an ADU, or add to the house. 

Like you, I'm up at 5am to get a tiny bit done (when one of the littles doesn't sabotage my plans with an early wakeup), using an hour or so at work (I'm more efficient than most of my co-workers, so I figure I'm due), bleary-eyed time at the computer when I'm dead tired after bedtime.

@Joshua D. this must be a tiny town in the middle of nowhere if there is only one PM company.
