You will work, you will grind you will be 'all in' and you will either fail or thrive.

Where I am suburban areas thrive and urban core is too expensive and doesn't make sense.

Your wholesaling business will thrive or die based on your ability to generate leads.Wholesaling is a job..

However, going through lean time in the past, I learned how to monetize leads that don't make sense for me by referring them to the folks that thrive on such things.I do not like Short Sales, Lease Options, Wraps or sub tos....anything with that much time and paperwork makes me cringe.

And learning is the one thing that will always be with us.Keep an open mind and you will thrive.

This is what make the retail world thrive.

We've been able to not only survive, but thrive by simply adjusting our business when it becomes necessary.

These folks forget that the "guru" is going to thrive as long as he has naïve followers who are happy to stay poor.
