I can only say if you’re threatened to enter real estate by a website, then this may not be the right time.

When we dig in and call them out they actually get defensive and threaten us so that is another sign you are right about them.  

Have your friend threaten to remove his buyer from the transaction and she'll change her toon in a hurry.She has no right morally at least to dock his commission one penny.She may be trying to claim that she is doing all the work if she gets your friend's client a loan she arranged.
