@Daniel Harnsberger  its somewhat humerous for us west coast developers to read these time lines 30 days for this 30 for that.. when it takes us 18 to 36 months to do the same and on a 9 lot project we would be in it 75k minimum in soft cost before we even had final approved plans after 5 red line submissions  LOL... agree with J.

First strike soft packs and final blox are the way to go as far as rodenticide (d-con will only be eaten by probably less than half and they can be resistant to the poison).

They apparently, are the only ones that have the ability to raise your credit limits based on a soft-credit check.

I also feel as if my property manager is a little inexperienced and soft.
