It's a 2 step, 2 Coat process but it really prevent water/liquid from soaking into the product.I coated some raw wood as well as a piece of drywall.

As others have said, request a walk-through with the landlord prior to move-out.Commonly overlooked spots: damage behind doors, kitchen cupboards not wiped clean and occasionally items left in the deep reaches of the cupboards, refrigerator seal folds not clean, window tracks not clean, stove top dirty underneath (most lift up), range bottom drawer dirty and/or items left inside, door stoppers missing, loose towel rods, dusty light fixtures, plumbing fixtures not entirely clean, outside lights and mailbox dirty, tops of door trim and tops of baseboard dirty, light switches dirty, refrigerator drip pan dirty and back of refrigerator dusty.BTW, to clean the range burner bowls, soak them overnight in ammonia and then scrub.

I am open to all suggestions from people who are more knowledgeable than myself, & once again I AM NOT OPENLY ACCUSSING anyone of anything, I only wanted to state FACTS 'AS KNOWN BY ME', if anyone has a better way of relaying that info to the public then please tell me, I am a sponge ready to soak up any & all info from people who are in the business getting it done.

I also think it has something to do with the tenants getting out of the shower soaking wet and not drying the floor, but I cant prove it.

I would rethink that campaign before soaking more time and money into it.... at least that has been my experience... something to consider?

After 10 years or so of neglecting to aim the sprinkler system which was soaking first floor windows daily, someone discovered..gasp..rotted windows!
