I really hope it does.And hopefully I don't offend anyone with this, but I think there are higher powers than President Bush here at work with trying to make the Middle Eastern people more politically and religiously free.

Personally it wouldn't affect me but you have to take into account that everyone is different and not everyone's religious beliefs are the same as yours.

However, with being one of the leaders in real estate fraud and dishonest people taking advantage of out of state investors, and out of country investors, we tend to see a lot of people end up with boarded up houses and be scammed into buying properties at inflated values.

Another option you might pursue...One of my investment group leaders recently purchased a such a home.

Now my opinion (the morality section).Quick note if you are a religious person- bankruptcy originates in the Bible.

But that there are people like @Bob Malecki and @Scott Carson, leaders in the field, that help self-police the industry. 

They are both industry leaders in education  and you won’t be disappointed with whom you choose
