Probably not buying it, or negotiating way down due to the fact that I know im going to be making replacements soon.If I already own the place I am setting aside at least 10-15%, but understand if you haven't been doing that for many years prior it is barely going to put a dent in the cost of those items if they all need replaced at once.

One thing I talked about with the woman in Wellington was approaching the HOA and asking what people's concerns were and trying to work collaboratively to address those concerns but also proposing a "win" for the HOA - potentially in the form of a percentage.
