We import and sell reclaimed architectural building materials from Europe - think antique stone flooring/mantelpieces/doors, etc.  

Long time interest in real estate (majored in real estate finance), architecture (accepted to school, did finance instead) and design.

I already have architectural drawings for the entire project. 

I did all the architectural exhibits, estimates, budgets, and construction related documents myself.

Larger projects will have architectural drawings etc.

We did a full remodel including architecture and structural engineering creating an ideal floor plan and adding a bedroom, bathroom, and about 300 additional square feet in the master bedroom.
