The person who is willing to take action will get further as the person that buys good and average deals and yes, occasionally strikes out too, than the person always looking for a home run deal only. 10 years from today I'd rather have purchased 10 average deals than only 1 home run.

Also, I'd recommend widening your deadbolt strike plates a bit with one of these to minimize error on the deadbolt extending if the door isn't shut 100% of the way.
