Drew my set up is identical to what you proposed and I’ve never had an issue.  

Still trying to reach her, she may be a victim of identity theft.  

The property has 2 meters and 2 separate units, next door is identical but zoned as an apartment also a 2 unit property.

Would you be happy to buy more identical properties for $5-$10k more than you paid then?

I suspect her score is low and probably shows some collections or judgments.Did you get a government-issued picture ID to verify her identity matched the application and background check?

I have a property for sale, price and renovation costs are $1,375,000 and have a nearly identical property 10 doors down with a solid $1,850,000 after renovation sale (they did nearly same thing - I think my architectural plans will yield slightly more, maybe another $50-100K), Sloans lake w/ $3M homes abounding, no takers.What gives?

All of these docs and the license info should have the identical business address.
