I have been living and breathing REI books, podcasts, and blogs for a while now, and I think now is the perfect time to move forward with my plans (starting with introducing myself here!).

And, would post your question on wholesaling houses elite, Max Maxwells Facebook group, to get some real advice from people who live and breath wholesaling and won’t threaten you and try to tear you down.

These things, to a large extent, really didn't end up mattering, next to the ability to figure out how to beat an unfair system and not be a chump stuck for forty years in a cubicle farm breathing all the building occupants' filtered farts all day long, with my greatest ambition being to get out of the cubicle farm and move twenty feet away into a perimeter office with a sorry little window that doesn't open, covered by cheap blinds that are never drawn.

Maybe, but I wouldn't hold my breath,

All air has mold in it including the air you are breathing now.Most mold is harmless to most people.

Take a deep breath and start out fresh and look upon it as a learning experience.
