I have no real estate back ground but I just got my offer accepted couple weeks ago, we're at the apprasial phrase of the process and one more week than I'm officially home owner! 

Regardless of who wrote it, I would recommend reading a wide selection of listings in your area as well as others (think about choosing a few large markets as good examples- Phoenix/Scottsdale, Southern California, Austin Texas are a few good ones) and considering re-writing in complete sentences with descriptive phrases covering the most desirable aspects of the house.2.

Phrases like "that's a good deal for this area" are code for "if this guy insists on a great deal, I'm never getting paid."

Regarding the phrase in your post "if they decide to file a judgement against you".

Perhaps the way I phrased the "subject" of the post made it feel like one of those lotto fantasies I'm sure we all have from time to time haha. 

Bill Gulley coined the phrase "public nuisance" referring to them.

Lol. promoters come up with phrases and tag names to try to make something feel more real or important.There’s no guarantee it’s a family  and there’s no guarantee that anybody takes action.

Per the graph, we are still in stage 8, 9, or 10.We are in phrase 2, expansion mode.

One of my favorite sayings was a phrase coined by Ronald Reagan near the end of the cold war….”Trust, but verify”.

I realize I have to learn a few things especially when phrases and terms were tossed and I felt like Homer Simpson "DOH!"
