I always tell my clients that but they don't believe me until we waist our time and then say forget it and go look for an actual seller.Take a breath.

The new stadium will certainly breathe much needed life in the area, but it may be years before development moves out that far.

I guess you could say I eat/sleep/breathe real estate and am frustrated that, at 29 years old, I only own two houses!

These things, to a large extent, really didn't end up mattering, next to the ability to figure out how to beat an unfair system and not be a chump stuck for forty years in a cubicle farm breathing all the building occupants' filtered farts all day long, with my greatest ambition being to get out of the cubicle farm and move twenty feet away into a perimeter office with a sorry little window that doesn't open, covered by cheap blinds that are never drawn.
