I suggest typing "Atlanta" or whichever suburb you are interested in (its good to find a neighborhood that's convenient to you so that you can monitor your investment) in the search box and seeing what comes up.

As for determining comps you will want to use whichever site can help you find recent sales as well as pictures so you can make as close to an apples to apples comparison as possible.

Just my opinion - you are young, interest rates are low, you want to buy more properties, so don't pay down early - use the cash to purchase your additional properties.Bear in mind that you should regularly re-evaluate your strategy (whichever one you choose) as your life and business circumstances change.

IOW, you, as the sole-member, appointed yourself as the manager.If Florida (or which ever state you chose) is anything like California, they require either the LCC's member information OR the manager's information.

If I were selling a property like that I would probably price it just as a would two three flats, or one six flat (whichever comps are more favorable).
