I am thankful to all of them and grateful for all the knowledge I have gained going through the process of having a coach and mentor.Having said this, I would think anyone reading this should know I have cut my teeth already and have a strong foundation in multifamily with regards to finding deals and analysis..So you won’t need to waste your time with basic concepts….I should be a fairly quick study to any concepts we discuss.I have just recently hit a wall and need someone on to help me get over it …I have spent thousands over the years on coaches and I am looking for something different.

Again, the rule is: Within one year, the appraised value or cost of acquisition (plus costs of improvement), WHICH EVER IS LESS.Refinancing an investment property is alot harder than an owner occupied, getting cash out will be like pulling hens' teeth, IMO.
