Two of them that I have found are: http://designsthatsell.biz/ and http://realestatesigns.com/ I really like Designs that Sell because they have such a huge variety and they also help you with your fliers, business cards, newspaper ads, etc, so that you have a professional matching theme for all of your marketing materials.What are some other things that people on this forum do to make themselves look more professional and also more accessible to buyers?

Fannie and Freddie continue to be a driving for in the MHC space and we expect this to be a consistent theme in perpetuity. 

He’s been a tenant for 8 months, just resigned a 1 year lease and this is the first time he’s started complaining asking the me to cover half his bill.
