BP, has been a wonderful vehicle for me, through networking, pod cast, etc.

I've learned so much through BP, from networking, pod cast, and meeting investors from all over the U.S that specialize in a lot of different areas in REI.

there is one who did a pod cast on BP and has gotten a lot of traction.. not that they are or are not scam artist but they are recommending buying 30 to 40k turn keys IE homes that all in cost 30 to 40k.. and we all know that pretty much in ANY major metro those are squarely in the hood.. war zones etc etc.. lots of hearts are going to be broken with that company in Indy... it will take some time but it will happen

Since the borrower is deceased, if the heirs want to keep the property I assume the note and titles will need to be transferred into their name through a loan mod??

Set up: Cleveland borrower. 2 loan mods in past 8 years.

If they are truly out of money then perhaps you do a loan mod and roll payments into the loan for an additional point on the back end or something of that nature.  

I have no experience and have been reading books and listening to pod cast.
