That is true is all the states I work in.As stated just never seen a Title Co or Closing attorney verify these facts or even know the laws pertaining to licensure issues.

Once upon a time, @Bob Bowling gave me the most useful analogy I've ever heard pertaining to Cap Rate:There was an old gameshow called 'Name That Tune' that had a 'Bid-A-Note' game, where the contestants were read a clue to a song, and then had to make a 'bid' of how many notes they needed to identify the song.

However, that does NOT pertain to an individual who sets a borrower up to fail, doing the fund, rinse and repeat type deal, this is still predatory lending and a different issue all together.Besides the webcast stuff put out by the CFPB, this is the best one I have seen to date!

If anyone has the specific law reference pertaining to this state and city, I would like to see it.What I do know is that if you harassed the police like that here in Ohio, you would definitely be arrested for disorderly conduct or something similar.
