Hi Syman,It may be helpful to attend local REIA events and speak with other investors who have pursued similar strategies and have first-hand experience with lenders in your area.Online research can be helpful, as @Robin Simon alluded to, but I think you'll be hard pressed to get a more reliable reference than speaking with local investors at an in-person event.Best,Michael
