Hi all -I am just starting out in REI and was wondering if any experienced RE investors in the Rochester, NY area would like to meet up for coffee, lunch or drinks.

We will have to have a celebratory drink at the next Chicago Meetup!

Whatever market it is, there will be divorce, death, drinking problems etc.

This will be an easy-going night (no sales pitches, please) to make some new contacts, some new friends, and have a drink or two.

I do not drink coffee so this is my wake up every morning........... : )I focus on the commercial side but plenty of SFR investors on here to connect with.All the best.

He invited my room-mate to his house for drinks, got him drunk and tried to kiss him and room-mate subsequently rejected him (there is a 40 year age difference).I have now been served a 3 day notice and I don't understand the legal situation.

If you were to calculate the return on this investment over 10 years and compare that to the potential return achieved by selling it to finance your primary, then I would imagine the opportunity cost would cause to you drink hard liquor straight up.If you have equity built up then perhaps cash out refinance to get the down for the primary?

This property has its own story will have to tell you over drinks.

By the way I don't drink, but feel like I should!
