I have been able to find advice from multiple sources that warn about using the high risk real estate SIC Code: 6531, but not much advice is given on how to structure my real estate investing under a different SIC Code.

My first was off the MLS the next 16 or so was by getting up at 3-4am every morning searching every property website, classifieds ads sites and reading wholesalers emails for at least 4hrs. 

I understand you have to check with each local county or city zoning department, but was hoping someone might have experience or links to resources that can identify the zones classified to allow containers and/or areas they have built them on more quickly.
