On the chance that he is in the process of obtaining that listing, I don't want any of my comments to jam up the property manager who revealed it is difficult to rent. 

His purchases would have 5-10 day option periods for inspections, where of the property had more “issues” than had been revealed he could exercise his option to terminate.

The Client then begins to reveal confidential information about their position because they now trust the Realtor and are assuming this person is talking to them as their agent. 

That's not too helpful.Expecting one of their peers to reveal sensitive information to a complete stranger on the phone is a little optimistic.

I asked about getting set up and the leads and he basically told me I need to be patient and "all will be revealed" in the future.

Guys who deceive owners into believing they are actually going to buy their house, but just walk away when they can't flip it, need to be revealed.
