This will make it fly under the radar until you have an AO.By the way - a basement contractor may not be the best choice, as they will sell you work, it is better to go with a basement consultant who has no interest in selling you unnecessary repairs.

Further, if you estimate the same percentage for all properties, it is unnecessary to include it for comparisons purposes.Once you own the property you will know all the actual and the cash flow and at that point it is to late!
