hi Robert. as you already know or you will find out soon that Massachusetts is one of the hardest states in the country to get evictions especially on moms with 4 children.it sounds like she knows the Massachusetts statute on eviction and is using that by calling in the Board of Health whether she did it or boyfriend did it;she is an addiction waiting to happen.I would get started on filing the eviction sooner than later just document everything

Somehow I don't think this will happen cause this story is out of control, and too unbelievable to be true!

And the landlord has to pay +$ 5,000 to each person in the apartment, so that the whole building can be converted to condos) or make it so unbelievably expensive for landlords to do it, that nobody can afford it.

Within a year a either evicted or kindly removed, drug addicts, women having children for the sake of receiving a government check, and dirty lazy individuals.

There were other impacts too - gambling addictions, ruined marriages, crime, etc.

If this was an unbelievable deal way above market cap rates then to lock it down maybe consider it and then refi out later.
