The elderly ladies decided to crank the a/c so cold (64deg F) that the subsequent heavy condensation forming on the old metal venting started dripping through the ceiling tile & dining room light.They finally compromised with a higher temp, bought a dehumidifier & have repainted the ceiling tiles.

It is typically just a different color of cheap tile (ex use 12 x 12 tan tiles and maybe 6x6 or 6x12 accent row around the top)Pedestal Sinks help and in small bathrooms create more spaceChair Rail Dining/Eating room and just paint the wall white under itThese are just a few ideas I try to do and im looking forward to other responses on this thread.

They layout consist of kitchen dinning room living room big bathroom with only a shower and one bedroom with walking closet. oh and a half of basement rest is a crawl space, which is all cemented and clean.The way the layout is you could not make the dining room a second bedroom, would have to add a hallway, I think it would chop up the house.
