The house is also in the Historic District (built in 1868) and has stunning architectural charm on the outside  with a renovated interior.Also, agree with Sean on being super prepared.

When considering a property, look at the immediate area for where someone might go to get to their groceries, dining out, entertainment, and shopping.

The elderly ladies decided to crank the a/c so cold (64deg F) that the subsequent heavy condensation forming on the old metal venting started dripping through the ceiling tile & dining room light.They finally compromised with a higher temp, bought a dehumidifier & have repainted the ceiling tiles.

Ray- I'm currently working on my first flip- $250k ARV, replacing floors in the first floor- living room, dining, and kitchen.

They layout consist of kitchen dinning room living room big bathroom with only a shower and one bedroom with walking closet. oh and a half of basement rest is a crawl space, which is all cemented and clean.The way the layout is you could not make the dining room a second bedroom, would have to add a hallway, I think it would chop up the house.

It's really an amazing property: Six bedrooms, 6,000 square feet, with a heated pool and a stunning landscape and views.

We walled off the dining room into our bedroom, turning our little home into a 4bed/3bath!
