Your time driving for $$$ is WAY better used to analyze deals, makie offers and get contracts signed.Never sacrifice SEO time for "anything" .

Hi Ryan,I think the key point to take away from everything is that it takes "Sacrifice". 

Sacrifice is a big part of real estate investing. 

Talk about a warm fuzzy feeling about my sacrifice to help those in need, lol!

Personally I think it’s better to invest local but here in UT you definitely sacrifice cashflow by doing so but having tight control and better opportunities to force appreciation it’s almost always better to go local
