SEO (Search Engine Optimization) seems to bring up a lot of unknowns to many investors who are interested in building their website and online presence.

You will learn a lot asking and listening while demonstrating an active presence.

I like what I see of Avail but the application fee of $55 would no doubt be a turn off for some applicants, and the lack of cohesive branding and any social media presence/app I think will lead people to think less of it even if it’s owned by Realtor.com.

Check their Facebook/social media presence, search the name, and verify employment through the "back door" -- don't call a number provided by the applicant.
