Your question gets to the root issue of why principal reduction loan mods are not currently working and will only work if the Gov't foots the bill for the loss.

I've stopped paying the 2nd and I'm trying for a loan mod on the 1st.

Those defects do not jeopardize your priority or interest in the property but I would be concerned about the implications to a small degree regarding who actually signed the MOD.

@Joshua McGinnis I drew my own full complete set of plans for a SFR in LA county, including the site plan, landscaping, and fuel mod site plan required by the Forestry department, and took them to a structural engineer.

Not totally sure, but listening to the awesome pod casts (thank you boys) I think the real reason they are down on Detroit is because there are lots of cute guys there and it triggers jealousy that makes the show awkward.
