I put an offer in on a 1934 bungalow style home.  

I only currently own 1 house out right now and working on finding the second right now.What is the best finance options for this style of investing? 

Hi Guys, when you have 90 % of ranch style homes and you try to do some comps with a colonial property, if you find some houses with the same numbers of bdrm and same sqft, do you take it as real comps or you dont?

We prefer working with the tenants in place; most will adjust to our management style and terms of agreement.

Question: Where are locations or styles of property that likely offer good appreciation and good cash flow?  

No municipal approval, no zoning regulations, no subdivision regulations, no environmental regulations......     

My family and I live in a townhouse style condo, that we have been considering turing into a rental when we can afford to move.  

However, that would have broken the 'arms length' relationship that must be maintained for the SD-IRA LLC (checkbook style). 

this is just an idea and if i lose interest in the animal shelter non-profit, i'd likely get into some other non-profit function anyways as since college, i've always been into environmental & humanitarian efforts (mostly overseas) one way or another.

I absolutely love the style of these homes and plan on fixing the home to its original state.
