If you look at MLS in Brier and MLT area I am sure you will be disappointed, just like me. 

For what it's worth, agents that I've spoken to about joining Keller Williams because of the training have been disappointed.

Based on what you described, it sounds like you'll benefit from a solid operating agreement to call out the details of the partnership, in order to minimize the chance of any unwanted surprises or disappointments.

I would like to see only people who have paid the money and are either satisfied or disappointed with their results.

NoteExpo last year was a bit disappointing on content-- they've shifted over to seller financing topics rather than NPLs.

The owners and sites like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. decide that they want to use the residential homes for a purpose that was not the intent and are disappointed when regulations "ban" them where they often were never permitted in the zoning.  

Very disappointed at their low level of customer service and feel "Ghosted" by the support staff, ready to take my business to OnCarrot!
