If you have more than the allotted number of trash bags on trash day, that can be an issue too. 

Quickly filled up with other peoples trash and dog poop bags on top of the construction debris. 

@Brian BerryYou know the old trick where a neighborhood brat would fill a paper bag with dog poop on your welcome mat, light it up, ring the bell, and run?

The owner owned a tile store so the flooring, bathrooms etc. have beautiful Talavera tiles throughout and a really authentic Mexican look. 

Now we bag everything and call a junk company to haul it all out... 

My husband recently went over to the one we're looking into buying and the lock had been broken and there were bags of groceries inside.  

Also put out 4 bags of tea for each stay.

The risk I see with this is if we see a further decline in new listing prices and rates have still not come down, we will be holding a big bag that is burning a hole in our pockets quickly and no cash flow to cover any expenses.

We then provide a few starter k-cups and a bag of coffee for the drip side.  

I did listen to that podcast but I skipped the end where they talked about syndication because that's not my bag.
