That speaks to your ignorance in understanding that full employment requires a constant ability to interact, concentrate and function along with the inability of the observer to identify such issues.

I am very observant and I know for sure because before he moved in, I replaced the tub/shower handles and guts and the tub drain strainer in both bathrooms.

I'd thought about this too because just this weekend I attended our local apartment association's annual "landlord boot camp" which is a great thing they hold each year and besides getting a huge binder full of all of the latest landlord/tenant law info, etc the boot camp is run by a great local landlord's attorney who's in court every week here actually doing many evictions and anything else a landlord might need to do in court and he's able to toss in literally hundreds of observations of things that here in this county, or even just a handful of judges in this county, they will do that you'd never think of much, even after memorizing the entire law book!

That being said, my business is so small that this sampling really has no statistical significance, however, it means on my buys I am offering less (based on my personal observation).

As a relate observation, if one were to use a foreign domiciled corporation to hold Canadian assets, I suspect there are several countries which would provide more tangible benefit than the U.S.A.
