just off hand, you can find most of the data from census, zipskinny, school district gov site for area, bureau of labor statistics, zillow, trulia, google is your friend... just really need to know what you're searching for and you'll be able to find most of the data you need online.as for rental data, I have been able to find that thru rentometer, trulia, zillow, and definitely craigslist!
