Setup your keywords and subscribe to the sub-forums that of interest to you.

It is generally passive, you will most likely subscribe as a limited partner.Private fund have oversight with (generally) quarterly reporting and an annual audit as opposed to just partnering on a straight deal.I hope you find what your looking for in an investment and if you ever need anything I am happy to help.  

I am looking at the new forums now and I just noticed that the forums I am subscribed to used to be on the right side of the page.

However, I do not subscribe to the theory that the owner is necessarily the best one to manage an apartment complex.An apartment investment goes through a cycle.

We subscribe to a service and can find out when you last went to the barber/beauty parlor. 

My only regret was staying subscribed after my project ended, because I thought I might switch back to a real estate marketing project.

I subscribe to redfin feeds, which at least in Chicago will email me new listings within about 15 minutes of them hitting the MLS.
