True the before pics did seem like the house just needed a clean, however it did not show the gouged and peeling engineered flooring, stained carpets, beat up walls and bad paint.

You place two together to give you 24" (zero grout line) then put a wood trim piece and stain to match the cabinets you are going to re-stain and replace hardware.

They had to drill about a 6" hole in my STAINED CONCRETE floor (I lived on the bottom floor) and pump this stuff in.
