The moisture probably is a combination of the ground being saturated for much of the summer AND a drainage problem.

lots of people do wholesaling but I think thats a bit saturated nowadays..

I'm a bit concerned about the price appreciation there and the NIMBY issue with locals not wanting vacation rental saturation eating up the housing supply.

As someone that traded one saturated market (San Diego) for another (Northern VA), I feel your pain.

I don't know jack squat about Atlanta other than I hear certain areas are becoming over saturated with rentals.

From the market being saturated with investors and the REO's going for top dollar im beginning to think theirs not much room here.

😳I’ve noticed that in cities that are becoming over saturated by OOS investors, the cost of RE related services have significantly inflated — Indy being one of them. 

Atlanta is saturated as well though.

My sense now is that Turkey is always an interesting place but very saturated in the nicer beach areas and a bit more country risk now with Erdogan's war on the PKK, the Syrian situation, migrants running across the country, etc.
