Like I said, I’m a newbie to this, so I may have missed the golden formula, but it makes sense that no one wants to give away too much in this competitive space.

Unless you could ad a golden parachute to that agreement If the employer terminates the employee , or the employee quits , the employer agrees to pay the employee $250,000 lump sum as compensation for not competing in a similar business for 1 year .
