I had a tenant who didn't know how to plunge a toilet and every call was a challenge in interpretation but you deal with all kinds of people and sometimes you have to deal with this kind in the landlord business.

I.e. changing a lightbulb was $50, plunging the toilet was $100, reseting breakers was $50...

For every 1 person I know that had a really tough first deal, I probably know 20+ people that have talked about investing for years, but never took the plunge.

Eventually, you have to take the plunge and when you do it is great to have a network of people around you who have done it already.
