hey guys, I am still somewhat new to this forum, my question is pertaining to an apartment I am going to rent with two other people for myself during the school year.

I understand now that I wont be able to submit an offer on this property due to the bank wanting a proof of funds letter, but since I am going to start with assignments I want to make sure that I know why certain things like money out of your pocket every month - mortgage, taxes, interest, water, sewer etc. will pertain to me.

However, my opinion may differ somewhat in that States that already have licensing and regulations pertaining to MH's specifically will take precedence in defining those type's of residence's and investing within those respective states.

I too am disappointed that someone who claims to be in the business and is clearly soliciting funding is either so naive that they do not understand basic aspects pertaining to lending or is unethical.

My question was pertaining to a Fannie Mae property that I have never dealt with prior, not how my offer was presented.

Nothing it can't do pertaining to property, moving people and gets decent mpg for what it is.

I don't understand how it relates to LLC's and S-Corps pertaining to flips and rentals and why they need to be done under separate entities.

There may be lots of laws that pertain to your area specifically, so if this is your first time with a lease agreement, it may be worth it to visit an attorney. 

This is a general question, which pertains to pretty much anything, including real estate.
