I’m dedicated to really building a business that will flourish in all markets and locations but I’d say my biggest questions or issues revolve around finding quality leads, the correct paperwork, parties to facilitate (attorney/title company, gc’s, etc.) and serious buyers (probably the issues everyone faces).

A broker facilitates the buying and selling of real estate through it's agents.

Do you have the time to facilitate the transaction before the foreclosure sale.

@Kasey Nordeen I don't know what a Wholesaler calls the money they collect on a Wholesale transaction, a Fee, a Commission, Finders Fee, Facilitation Fee?

- It seems the short-term goal of buying distressed multi-fam is to increase occupancy and the medium-term goal is to facilitate better management and fix it up in order to increase rent.

My perspective:  I love Brad's training and I feel his curriculum facilitates my learning style. 

We set up a separate business for REI as an LLC, but I wonder if it would be better to roll the 2 businesses into one to facilitate obtaining credit for REI.

I did the same thing - own rental units in Jamaica Plain, construction background and corporate property management by day, got licensed to facilitate our next transactions and keep closer tabs on the market.

I do know that 1031 facilitators usually want to see at least 1 year of seasoning before sale.

Today, my company is facilitating a deal to purchase that same parking lot, but that’s a story for a different day).
