On this I would have to agree with J Scott that we would have to shift our philosophies from employees to entrepreneurs.

Maybe some would call them an entrepreneur ahead of their time, haha.Some people screen based on "no violent felonies", which would allow a drug crime to pass. 

I'm  a R.E. entrepreneur that wholesales, flips but really get's joy out of helping others meet and surpass their R.E. goals that they've set for themselves through sharing knowledge and doing deals together through partnering on WIN/WIN situations

That would be irresponsible.Some people who are not entrepreneurs and want to earn a check will never understand why you do what you want to do.

The good ones are also entrepreneurs who are actively building a practice to meet a particular need.

Collecting the information talked about here is no big deal for any tech savvy entrepreneur.

At this time, (to establish background), I'm an Entrepreneur (not an investor yet) with an LLC out of Arizona (formed back in 2014), but have recently (December 2016) relocated to Missouri.  

I'm not an expert at organization as I'm just a real estate investor/entrepreneur with so many things on my plate at once.I guess the answer is it depends on what YOU are doiing.
