Hi all,I recently closed on my first house hack and will be medium term renting the furnished spare bedrooms.

Are you looking to buy a MFH and rent out the spare units, or do you want to rent the spare bedrooms out of a SFH?

Dont over saturate ground or sealant with abnormal levels of compacted frozen water ie snow held in place.

The problem is I'll be renting to my daughter and family who are currently living in our spare room because the house they were living in sold yesterday.  

However, if you have spare cash it might be some opportunities on the horizon.

You need to be clear that Tenant deposits, prepaid rent, lease agreements, original applications, move-in checklists, spare keys, and everything else transfers to you at closing.The leases remain in effect until expiration, even with the transer of ownership.

People who choose to live in residential neighborhoods don’t want to live next to a hotel.And please folks, spare us the arguments that it’s not a hotel and investors should do as they please and blah blah blah.

It’s currently a side hustle, but much of our spare time is spent on real estate and family...What do you currently do?
