The existing housing stock is seemingly quite dilapidated for the most part and I understand that about 2,000 houses are within the Superfund site so unable to be financed by banks which is something outside investors need to be aware of, among other pitfalls inherent in places like this like clouded titles due to decades of defaults I'm sure.

This whole deal reminds me of one of my local (Las Vegas) ambulance chasers, flooding TV and radio and any other medium looking for naivety in people to take advantage of.

First: I am not an attorney, all my attorney friends are ambulance chasers, and I don't do any business in your state.But I don't think tenant/landlord law is really what governs your situation.

While in-class, live training can be beneficial on occasion, it can’t compare to the convenience of 60+ hours of live, on-line training offered in our cloud-based office.  

Which reminds me: As a new agent don't buy the "50 hours of live training in the cloud".
