A- locations in Charlotte, NC, you will be hard pressed to find great cash flow in our current market because prices are elevated. 

I understand the whole "fake-it-till-you-make-it" idea, but honestly, I would feel fake and insecure just handing out my card pretending I have an elevated level of value.

Christian Bunte it was just a foundation grid that they came out and mapped the home and the elevation.

It isn’t an elevated wall.

Even in the mountains another 30' elevation is huge.

This a pretty interesting article from CNBC.After surging to the highest level since the presidential election, demand for home loans remained steadily elevated last week. 

Didn't read instructions and was mad that he had to take the elevator to the 18th floor to get the keys in order to get a cart for his stuff.  

My house is an REO while the other comps look to be regular sales.On the plus side, my house is elevated and seems to meet flood zone requirements (although I'm waiting to get the elevation certificate to be sure) while the comps are flat and were likely "grandfathered" in when new regulations were passed.
