We also use Google maps to do some preliminary visual evaluation of properties, but we have come to find out that the images are outdated, addresses are wrong, and just not high enough quality to be a dependable research tool.

@Will BarnardOutstanding Will, how about a few visual aids sounds like quite a bit has changed since the last photos were posted.

The two properties form almost one complex and each is very visible form other side.I’m thinking that in future I may try to purchase second duplex but I don’t think I will be able to afford this in next couple of years plus I don’t know if current owner will be willing to sell.My concern for now is if the tenants and condition of the property next door will act as a major deterrent for getting good tenants for my property?

From here out the construction feels like it takes longer simply because the remaining tasks are time intensive and don't have the visual impact that framing and siding do.

Visually speaking, new development can be seen in many areas and it has strong a vicinity element near the Redline, college, and hospitals.

Excellent deterrent.
